Do you provide International delivery?

 
 
 

What is your returns policy?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of time of receipt of shipment and receive a credit for the price of the product excluding any shipping fees (see return/refund exceptions below). Original shipping charges (paid by you or The Designer's Concept as a part of Free Shipping) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund.

Shipping charges will not be refunded. The Designer's Concept does not provide pre-paid shipping materials for returns or cover the return shipping fees.

Returned items must meet these requirements: 

  • Returned within 14 days of receipt of order

  • In original packaging, in original condition and free of stains and damages.

  • Damaged items, incorrect items, or missing items must be reported  within 24 hours of receipt.

Return/Refund Exceptions:

  • Requests for return/refund for information that is written in the description of the product will only receive store credit.

  • Canvases, Candles, & Oils are made to order and are non-refundable. Cancellation request can be made within 24 hours of purchase. If you have any quality issues with your item, please contact us.

  • Furniture - If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to return or exchange your item(s) within 14 days of the shipment receipt date. Note that returns or exchanges are not accepted for final-sale items, special orders, made to order, items no longer in their original packaging. Other exclusions may apply. Contact us for details. Upon return, your item will be inspected and exchanges, credits or refunds will be issued for the purchase price. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with applicable laws. Delivery fees are non-refundable with the exception of manufacturer defects or transit damage. The Designer's Concept reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in new condition due to damage or misuse by the client. Returns will not be accepted for the following reasons - item too large, too heavy, wrong dimensions, incorrect fit, etc. We encourage you to reach out to our Customer Care Team for any questions or concerns you may have before placing your order. 

  • Promotions/Sales -  All promotions and sales are final. No price adjustments will be granted for previous purchases. Promotions cannot be combined with other discounts or offers.

Customs & Duties: Customer is responsible for paying any additional custom taxes or charges by your government or post office.

Return Processing time:  Once we have received your returned item, your return will be processed within 5-7 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed. If you have requested a refund, please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 2-7 business days). Customer is responsible for paying all shipping cost to return item. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after receipt will not eligible for a refund. Any item returned damaged is not eligible for a refund, customer will be responsible for paying shipping cost to have item returned. Unclaimed items will be discarded after 14 days.

BE SURE TO SAVE YOUR RETURN LABEL RECEIPT FROM THE POST OFFICE SO YOU HAVE PROOF OF RETURN.

Store credit:  All credits will be issued by coupon code. Online store credit can only be used at our website. We are unable to transfer this to another person or account. Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the store credit or gift card will require an additional method of payment for remaining balance due. 

How do I return an item?

We ship to most countries worldwide and provide free standard shipping on orders of $300 & over. (After All Discounts Applied).

How do I track my order?
 
Once your order has been filled, you will receive a Shipping Notification email. This email will include your tracking number and a link to check order status. You can also go to your account page to check the order status. 
 
 

 

Standard shipping -  10 to 15 business days after the order is shipped.

Express shipping - 3 to 5 business days after the order is shipped.

Most large furniture items or custom orders please allow 14 business days after order is shipped. Please contact customer service for item specific turn around time.

How do I cancel an order?

​Change your mind? Please email admin@TheDesignersConcept within 24 hours of placing your order and we will be more than happy to cancel your order.
